We use Skalieren.ai and, where applicable, Smartlead.ai for managing inquiries and marketing. Data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; for newsletters based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Used with consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR/Section 25 para. 1 TTDSG). Data transfer to the USA via DPF or Standard Contractual Clauses. Opt-out via browser plugin possible.

Google Analytics

This website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Fonts are embedded locally. No data transfer to Google takes place.

We maintain profiles on social networks (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X). The privacy policies of the respective providers apply. For joint responsibilities, you can assert your rights both with us and with the provider.

8. Audio and Video Conferences

We use online conference tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet to communicate with customers and applicants. The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), and, if consent is obtained, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

9. Own Services (Applicant Management)

We process application data to conduct the application process (Section 26 BDSG, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and delete it no later than 6 months after completion, unless consent to the talent pool exists.
